Helen Jewett came together thanks to an impromptu school workshop involving a bucket of name tags. After a few rehearsals and some pub chats about the complexities of existence, the band began to dream and work toward a position they never dared to imagine for themselves.

With a shared love for bands like Joy Division, Radiohead, and My Bloody Valentine, they started crafting songs that merged the genres they were most passionate about: Post-Punk and Shoegaze, with touches of Folk, Electronica, Hardcore, and Ambient. Their poetic lyrics, reflecting on existentialism, nostalgia, and the turbulence of modern life add a profound and evocative layer to their music, inviting listeners into an icy and introspective soundscape.

No Offense is a hard rock band born out of young friendship, raw passion, and a love for unfiltered loudness. Fueled by a bond that’s just as solid as their riffs, No Offense brings a versatile sound that pulls together the punch of hard rock with a rebellious, carefree spirit. Each track pulses with an energy that’s gritty yet accessible, capturing everything from classic rock grooves to edgy, modern riffs.

Their music is crafted not only to hit hard but to connect, embracing spontaneity and a “no rules” approach that feels both fresh and familiar. The indie rock/folk band 5th-Wave harmoniously blends their diverse voices and instrumentation to create an accessible yet intriguing sound. With rich vocal arrangements, dynamic instrumentation, and personal lyrics, the seven musicians create music that invites both dancing and daydreaming.

After recording their debut EP Ocean Full of Trees, the band has released two more singles and is now working on their upcoming EP Parts of Us. This EP explores themes of romantic relationships, doubt, and loss. Their earlier work is characterized by a (critical) perspective on society.

The band is hard at work writing new music and putting on great shows. They are excited to share their music with the world.

Bottled Waves carves out a space in the alternative rock scene in the vibrant music hub of The Hague. Since forming in 2023, the band has performed over 20 shows across the Netherlands in their first year, including notable stages like Kaderock, Prilpop, Zeeheldenfestival, and a showcase during ESNS. Following the release of their single The Flood, the band is gearing up to unveil their next EP, with The Nerve and Roses as its first singles.

Their sound balances raw intensity with a sense of melodic reflection. Bottled Waves feel like a late-night drive through misty streets, blending elements of grunge, shoegaze, and post-punk.

NewLandSlide is born when the live band of Alex Nieuwland's project Newland goes through a transitional phase. In the new composition, the group shifts from rock to a more melodic approach.

The arrival of Eric Ennema on guitar, vocals but also as a songwriter gives the group a fresh start and strengthens the arrangements and vocal lines. The harmonies between Alex, Klaas Bos (bass guitar) and Eric are of exceptional beauty. On keys, all-rounder and creative wonder Jeroen Deen joins us, who keeps a tight overview within the group and incorporates his unique and original parts.

Bassist Klaas had been playing in Newland for a few years and was already a creative partner of Alex. Drummer Gilbert Terpstra initially joined as a substitute, but has now become a permanent fixture at NewLandSlide. They all have years of experience on Dutch stages and are working on a return to the stages in this new form.

ZOEKHETUITMAN is de protestpunkband van Dordrecht. De jonge gasten slopen elke plek waar ze spelen. Ze hebben nummers over hun afkeer tegen het kapitalisme, de monarchie en Chemours. In 2023 won ZOEKHETUITMAN de Grote Prijs van Dordt. Daarmee werd duidelijk dat het tijd is voor verandering.

MOMSNAME is an indie pop band from the Netherlands. MOMSNAME is not afraid to discuss their vulnerability. They experience the world in waves. They're flooded, and then they wait till low tide comes again.

MOMSNAME talks about growing up in a world with increasing complexity containing young adult problems, love, drugs and depression. The serene vocals are complemented by a dreamy and melancholic sound. All these components together take you away to a soft, comforting, but sometimes sad place.

Martin Sillen combineert krachtige grooves en afwisselende harmonieën met invloeden van
artiesten als Jeff Buckley en Radiohead. Hun unieke geluid, versterkt door stevige gitaren en catchy koortjes, weet de luisteraar te grijpen met een mix van emoties en melodieën.

De band maakte in 2018 indruk met een plaats in de Nu Of Nooit-finale. In 2019 brachten ze de debuut-EP 'So Strange' uit, gevolgd door de tweede EP 'Not Your Hero' in 2020. In 2021 stonden de activiteiten van de band even op pauze vanwege de pandemie, maar Martin
Sillen maakte in 2022 een comeback met een geprezen concertfilm. Daarnaast presenteerde de band in het najaar van 2023 hun meest succesvolle EP ‘Martin Sillen’ in poppodium Nieuwe Nor.

Ook markeerde het jaar 2023 een nieuwe fase voor de band, met een samenwerking met manager Marita Hamers en boeker Martijn Belleflame. Hierdoor kon Martin Sillen zich meer gaan richten op hun creatieve proces en doelgerichter gaan werken.

Martin Sillen combines powerful grooves and diverse harmonies with influences from artists like Jeff Buckley and Radiohead. Their unique sound, enriched by robust guitars and catchy choruses, skillfully captivates the listener with a blend of emotions and melodies.

The band left a lasting impression in 2018 with a spot in the Nu Of Nooit final. In 2019, they released the debut EP 'So Strange,' followed by the second EP 'Not Your Hero' in 2020. Although the band's activities paused in 2021 due to the pandemic, Martin Sillen made a triumphant comeback in 2022 with a highly acclaimed concert film. 2023 also marked a new phase for the band, as they collaborated with manager Marita Hamers and booker Martijn Belleflame. This collaboration allowed Martin Sillen to focus more on their creative process and work more purposefully.

Somewhere between wave, minimal synth and EBM floats the irresistible sound of Raderkraft aka producer & songwriter Willem Stinissen from Amsterdam the Netherlands. His love for vintage synthesizers & drumcomputers combined with the right dose of DIY attitude has resulted in 4 EP’s, the first of which was released by legendary Dutch 80s dance club RoXY owner Eddy de Clercq.

His live act is described as raw, hard and danceable. Cold but melodic electro influences are combined with catchy hooks on the up-tempo rhythm of 80s punk music. A recent review described his sound as: a modern cross-over between the German group DAF and Belgian wave band Arbeid Adelt! Armed with pulsating staccato drumbeats, driving bass lines and quirky vocals Raderkraft takes you from Die Autobahn straight into the galaxy!

The transformation of pain into strength is at the heartbeat of my musical expression.

Sometimes dark, always deep, and straight from the heart. My music's a voyage through love and loss—think 80s / 90s vibes with a modern twist, heavily influenced by legends like Erasure, George Michael and many others.

I am from a a small northeastern town called Billingham and now living not far away in Seaton Carew. I've turned my humble roots and 80s kid woes into a creativte outlet. My day job is helping people with their mental health as a psychotherapist, and I LOVE my work.

With my songwriting I am embracing my past by writing heartfelt melodies with the aim of turning shame and pain into strength, one lyric at a time!

The music of Secret Kings, a three man band playing acoustic rock, draws on the sounds of artists such as Burlap to Cashmere, Neal Morse, Sting and Heather Nova.
Secret Kings was formed in early 2020 and consists of Bart (drums/percussion/vocals), Julian (bass) and Hans (guitars/vocals). The songwriting can be characterized as uplifting acoustic rock with some serious undertones and is centered around melodic acoustic guitar parts.

Nicolaas Walle is a name that resonates with creativity and musical versatility. A multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer, Nicolaas has carved a niche for himself in the music industry with his wide skillset and dedication to his craft. Holding a first-class honours Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Music Production and further honing his skills with a Master’s course, Nicolaas’s academic background is as impressive as his practical prowess.

His music is a tapestry woven with threads of diverse influences and genres, such as progressive rock, jazz, blues and funk, whilst reflecting his Half-Irish, Half-Dutch heritage. Whether it’s the guitar, bass, or synthesizer, Nicolaas’s ability to infuse emotion and complexity into his performances is evident. His passion project, “Human Nature,” is a 27-minute song showcasing his role as a composer, producer, mixing engineer, sole instrumental performer, and mastering engineer, highlighting his multifaceted skill.

Nicolaas’s sound is not just heard; it’s experienced. It’s an auditory journey that takes listeners through landscapes of sound, where each note is a footprint in a musical odyssey. From the fretless bass’s deep grooves to the synthesizer’s soaring melodies, his music is a celebration of human emotion, aiming to encapsulate the essence of what it means to be alive.

For those who seek a musical experience that transcends the ordinary, Nicolaas Walle is an artist to watch.

La Promenade Violence is an alternative indie band based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. In the
characteristic dark sound of La Promenade Violence, influences can be heard from the English
New Wave bands of the 80s and 90s such as Joy Division, and more recent Indie rock bands such
as Interpol & Editors. The band consists of different nationalities. Singer Justin Jackson (UK),
guitarist Stefano Girardi (Italy), bass and keyboard player Martijn Vonck (Peru) and Drummer
Phil Dolfini (Italy) founded La Promenade Violence in early 2023 and immediately started
writing their own work and recording and releasing their first 3 singles. These singles were all
well received and immediately picked up by various Dutch radio stations.

DEBUT EP
As a successor to these singles, La Promenade Violence entered the studio early 2024 to record
their 4 track debut EP. The release of the Debut EP will be on Friday, April 12, 2024.

On Saturday April 20, La Promenade Violence will launch their debut EP with a live show at the
Slachthuis in their home town Haarlem. This will also be the moment when the gentlemen will
make their long-awaited live debut on stage.

Scarcity, een stad vol littekens. Ieder mens heeft zijn eigen litteken. Deze stad zit vol met verhalen en dat is ook waar deze band over schrijft. “I’m on my way to wonderland.” Dit omschrijft het gevoel van luisteren naar de muziek die deze band maakt. Je droomt weg door het unieke stemgeluid van de zangeres. De drumster wisselt strakke ritmes af met speciale arrangementen en doet precies wat elk nummer nodig heeft. De toetsenist speelt pakkende melodieën en solo’s en ook de creatieve baslijnen maken de nummers helemaal af. Hun met veel emotie overgebrachte nummers raken je recht in het hart doordat veel mensen zichzelf herkennen in de emotionele en herkenbare teksten. De pakkende zanglijnen blijven hangen in je hoofd, waardoor je hun melodieën nog de hele dag neuriet.
Deze jeugdige band is begin 2023 opgericht door 5 muzikanten die elkaar op school hebben leren kennen. Ze komen uit het zuiden van het land en zijn bezig aan hun debuut EP. Je gaat nog veel van deze band horen, want aan motivatie is er geen gebrek.

Marcus Magnusson has been described as a true musical maverick emerging on the independent music scene. With great energy and inspirational songs he paves the way for his very own, positive and uplifting, rock n roll. He released his first full length album back in 2020 has continued with a streak of great singles since that. In 2024 he released an acoustic blues EP with covers, giving more insight to the music that inspired him.

Jason Justly is a singer, songwriter and producer based in Belgium.
He writes dreamy, feel-good pop songs from the comfort of his bedroom.

Music has been a passion his whole life. Jason grew up writing lyrics and humming melodies as a creative outlet to express what he feels.
Only years later (2021) did he immerse himself in music theory and music production.
He released his first single 'Happily Ever After' on his 29th birthday on August 6, 2021.
More singles followed in the following months and years.

He hopes that by sharing his passion with others through his music, it will inspire them to chase their dreams.
